Hi Sall, you will be proud of me, sticking to your recipes ! Mum
Hi Sally! Love your blog btw 🙂 Can you recommend any recipes/ tips for healthy hair and skin. Since I’ve been living in Hong Kong I’ve been really lazy so tend to eat out all the time! Plus, I think the weather and the humidity has made me look a bit ragged! x
Hey Jo! Coconut oil is fantastic for skin and hair. I use it in most recipes, but its also fantastic as a body moisturiser (and smells great too)! You can also it on dry/frizzy hair – just rub a small amount on your hands, and comb through the ends as needed. Also, adding slices of lemon to your drinks is great for skin – gets rid of any toxins in the body and leaves skin glowing. Try a slice of it in hot water first thing in the morning, and you’ll benefit from better digestion too 🙂 x
Ah, never thought of using coconut oil. Will give it a go, thanks! X
